Welcome to my BRAND NEW website and blog.

Over the past six months, I’ve been working with the talented Jocelyn Burks, a friend from college and an amazing graphic designer, to rebrand and overhaul gracewagenman.com. She’s been wonderful to work with, and if you’re a small business owner looking for help in branding, business development, graphic design, or web design, she’s your gal.

I also worked with Jessica Steddom for photos and the video you see on the main page. She’s a great photographer and you should book her if you’re in Nashville!

What’s new here?

• Everything, and nothing. My content will stay the same–old houses, new designs, renovations, and real estate, with lifestyle sprinkled in.
• The whole website has had an overhaul, but with a new Shop The Blog page, searchable Blog, and pages for each of our Projects, content is easier to find than ever.
• All of my branding! New logos/brand marks, a more cohesive brand image, and a much more beautiful and user friendly website. Look around!
• You can now sign up for my monthly newsletter in the footer of any page here. I’ll share blog recaps, renovation updates, new listings, and more personal life updates. I will never sell your information–this is just for us to stay connected.
• You can now search the blog, but you can also look at the top bar for the most popular categories, and see the footer for featured blog posts if you just want a highlight reel.
