The Ruby house is named for its most recent owner, Raeanne Rubenstein, who was an iconic music photographer in Nashville. Her career spanned several decades, and she photographed all the greats: Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton, John Lennon and Yoko Ono, Andy Warhol, and too many more to count. We’re doing a major luxury renovation and addition on her and when she’s done, The Ruby will be a 3000 sq ft, 4 bed, 3.5 bath house with 11 foot ceilings, original wavy glass windows, heart pine floors, and transom windows over every door on the main level.
