Our first house and current primary home, The Rose is a charming Craftsman Bungalow with a big backyard, mature trees, and lots of original features we love, like wavy glass windows and unlacquered brass and crystal doorknobs. When we bought her, she had a crumbling chimney, a leaky roof, and a host of other issues. We closed on this home March 1, 2019, did big repairs for a month before moving in, and have been doing smaller projects ever since. She’s a 2 bed, 2 bath, 2100 square foot cutie that we love living in and working on.
